Corporate Services

Corporate Services staff manage all initial enquiries from the public and are responsive to the needs of all stakeholders, including clients, families, staff, funding agencies and the wider community.

Corporate Services provides financial and administrative support to Gateways programs including:

  • Processing employee wages 
  • Payment of accounts and raising invoices
  • Information technology support
  • Occupational Health & Safety management
  • Industrial relations and human resources advice

Brighter Futures Fundraising Campaign

Gateways has launched an important campaign, the BRIGHTER FUTURES FUNDRAISING APPEAL to meet the growing needs of the region. We need your help to raise $960,000 to build a family friendly client services wing adjoining our current offices in Geelong West. It will be a bright and welcoming one-stop-shop where children with disabilities and their families can find support, programs and services they need in the one central hub.

Geelong Police Disability Community Register

Corio Police approached Gateways Support Services in August 2011 to discuss the concept of using their existing Community Register framework for children with autism who lack awareness of danger and could be at risk, where police involvement may be required.

The 2010 HAPI Award winners are....

Kindergartens, childcare centres and schools throughout the Barwon South Western region have been recognised for their outstanding work in positive inclusion of children with disabilities and additional needs. Each of the six winners - including dual winners for one category - were presented with a HAPI Award and a cheque for $1,000 during the awards ceremony held in Geelong.
