Residential Support Workers (Casual)

Gateways seeks applications from people keen to make a positive difference in the lives of people with a disability.

The Residential Support Worker role involves actively supporting people with a disability, within their home environment and their community, to live enjoyable and fulfilling lives.

Gateways is seeking people who have:

  • Valuing attitudes to people with disabilities Window 4.jpg
  • A belief in team work and cooperation
  • A commitment to self improvement
  • Effective communication skills.

Level 2 First Aid is desirable, or applicants must be willing to undertake training for this qualification. A current Victorian Driver's Licence is also desirable.
