Gateways Appoints South West Manager

Gateways is delighted to announce that John Sedgley has accepted the role of Gateways South West Client Services Manager.

John is passionate about great outcomes for children with disabilities and their families, and has a wealth of experience in disability and special education services in the South West. John is committed to working collaboratively with families and other service providers, and is interested in developing new service models. Until John commences on 30th July, Sean Justin will continue his great work as the interim manager. Gateways has also now set up our Warrnambool office at 69 Mortlake Rd Warrnambool and the Gateways South West phone number is 5562 8271.

Brighter Futures Fundraising Campaign

Gateways has launched an important campaign, the BRIGHTER FUTURES FUNDRAISING APPEAL to meet the growing needs of the region. We need your help to raise $960,000 to build a family friendly client services wing adjoining our current offices in Geelong West. It will be a bright and welcoming one-stop-shop where children with disabilities and their families can find support, programs and services they need in the one central hub.

'Making It Possible' Parent Workshop

The Association for Children with a Disability is running two workshops across the Barwon and South West Victorian areas for parents/primary carers of children (0-18) with a disability.
