Celebrating 2015-2016 at AGM
We celebrated the key achievements of the 2015/2016 financial year at our 19th Annual General Meeting on Monday 21 November 2016.
Once again Gateways has enjoyed a successful year, providing services to more than 1920 children, adults and their families with a disability or additional need.
“Gateways continued to deliver high quality services with a 97% customer satisfaction rating and has recorded 13% growth this year, in a continued time of great change.” Gateways Support Services CEO, Rosemary Malone said.
This year’s special guest speaker was Sally Tozer-Jones from Gateways, who spoke about an innovative new human rights self advocacy project launched this year ‘My Life My Choice’ that is empowering the people we support, particularly those with limited communication skills.
The night was also an opportunity to thank and acknowledge the amazing contribution our dedicated staff and volunteers make to the people we support. This year congratulated and presented a number of staff with service awards with seven staff reaching 10 years of service, five staff 15 years and three staff 20 years.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on the night. Here are some photos from the evening:
