Gateways run a number of small group community participation and recreation programs for adults living with a disability or additional need in the Geelong area. These programs are held during both the week and at weekends.

Community Participation for Adults

Our services are focused on supporting the individual to learn new skills as well as maintaining existing skills, like self help and independence. We also encourage people to develop social skills by becoming more involved in the community. Our experienced, qualified staff offer a ‘person centred’ approach to build on each individual’s strengths and interests.

Our adult recreation programs support people living with a disability or additional need to participate and experience a range of fun, leisure and recreational activities within their community and beyond.
