Prime Movers is part of the Flexicare Dementia program – a flexible respite program that provides in-home and community-based respite for families, who are the primary caregivers of a family member with dementia.

What are the aims of Prime Movers?
The aims of Prime Movers are to:
- Provide opportunities for people with dementia to participate in a group based social activity.
- Provide meaningful leisure and social activities.
Who is eligible?
People with dementia who are being cared for by a primary carer and still living at home.
Priority will be given to families receiving minimal support.
How much does it cost?
Activity costs range from $15 to $30
