  • Conference & Board Room requires a security bond – $200 which will be refunded.
  • Conference Room & Board room price includes AV hire and free WiFi.
  • AV hire and free WiFi is available for $50.00 per booking for Small and Medium Meeting Rooms.
  • Prices above is per hour excluding GST.
  • Price includes access to toilets.
  • Price includes unlimited free car parking.
  • Price includes cleaning. Note: if excessive cleaning is required for the Conference or Board rooms this might be charged against bond
  • Catering available at additional charge upon request. If catering is required, bookings must be made through onsite caterer Bear and Scoobs. External caterers may not be used due to COVID-19 regulations.
  • Room hire includes access to free tea and coffee-making facilities.
