Kinder Plus is a small-group program specially created for children with a diagnosed developmental delay or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who:
• Are eligible for state-funded four year old kinder but may not be attending because of their developmental needs,
• Experience significant challenges in day-to-day living,
• Have an NDIS plan with Capacity Building funding.
The group focuses on the therapy goals outlined each child’s NDIS plan to provide individualised education and support for the child and their family.
View the Gateways Safeguarding Children brochure.
Children will learn a range of life skills to assist in full-time mainstream kinder attendance if that is the family’s goal.
