Would you like to complete your student placement with a leading disability support organisation that is NDIS registered, quality accredited and has more than 25 years’ experience in autism, intellectual disability and complex needs?

Gateways, in partnership with genU and The Gordon, offer high‑quality student placement opportunities designed to provide hands‑on experience, professional mentoring and meaningful learning in real‑world support environments.

Our student placements give you the opportunity to:

  • Gain practical experience within an established, values‑driven disability support organisation
  • Work alongside skilled and experienced professionals in inclusive, person‑centred services
  • Develop real‑world skills supporting children, young people and adults with diverse needs
  • Build confidence, capability and employability in the disability and community services sector
