Rohan Braddy is an experienced and qualified leader who, in addition to his role of CEO of Gateways, serves as President of National Disability Services. Rohan has extensive expertise in running successful not-for-profit businesses, the NDIS and across the key services that Gateways provides.
Rohan strongly believes in empowering people by providing trauma informed disability supports that are person-centred and proactively promote human rights. Rohan is a fierce advocate for the concept of choice and control, and actively supports a culture of zero tolerance to any form of abuse or neglect. Rohan’s leadership centres on strategic outcomes and prioritising people through attracting top talent and nurturing employee success.
Georgia oversees the People and Culture department. As a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute, she brings over 15 years of expertise in strategic human resources, change management, diversity and inclusion, workplace relations, and business partnering, to Gateways.
Georgia’s experience covers community, not-for-profit, and corporate sectors, from global organisations to local startups. Her passion lies in strengthening organisational capabilities and cultures to deliver value to communities.
Zoe Newell, the Acting Executive Manager of Accommodation and Specialist Support Services, has been working in the disability field since 2013. She has held various roles, including day program work, assisting children and adults, and providing individualised support. Zoe has also taken on responsibilities as a team leader, program manager, and practice lead. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Youth Work and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychology. Her passion lies in helping individuals set and achieve goals, putting a smile on their faces, and improving their lives by enhancing their inclusion and placing them at the centre of their decision-making.
Sean has been the Accommodation & Specialist Support Services Manager for Gateways since 2007. His responsibilities include supported accommodation, out of home care, independent living and individualised support. Sean also provides expert advice to other community organisations regarding people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex behavioural needs.
For more than 20 years Sean has provided and managed supported accommodation, case management and services planning for people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder in Victoria’s South West.
Geoff oversees Gateways community service delivery operations across Geelong, Werribee, Footscray, Ballarat, and Warrnambool, ensuring quality services are delivered safely and professionally. Geoff has leadership experience across local government and community organisations, and leads teams delivering Support Coordination, Social Connect, Plan Management, Kindergarten and Pre-school supports for teachers, Inclusive Families, and individual and recreation/camp programs.
With over 25 years’ leadership and on the ground experience across disability, mental health and aged care sectors, Geoff brings an inclusive, life span approach to service delivery. He enjoys strategic thinking and mentoring teams to successfully tackle challenges and realise organisational growth and development.
