Great result for Gateways Christmas Gift Wrapping

Gateways CEO, Rosemary Malone with Westfield, Centre Manager, Lauren Frew

Gateways annual Christmas Gift Wrapping stand at Westfield has had it best result ever, raising over $7,700 in donations and providing an opportunity to profile Gateways services to Geelong.

This result is due to the generosity of the Geelong community, the efforts of over 130 volunteers and the ongoing support of Westfield.

Volunteers this year came from the Gateways community (participants, their families, staff, the auxiliary and board members), the general community and the corporate sector, with generous support from staff from GMHBA, Bendigo Bank, NAB, TAC and Cotton On.

All funds raised go to support a range of fun activities for children with disabilities or additional needs, as part of Gateways recreation programs.

To all those involved, a very big THANK YOU.
