New Beginnings Chris’ Journey To Independence

Chris recently made an exciting move to a newly built Improved Liveability home in Norlane. Before this Chris and his housemate were living in a private rental in Highton, but the house didn’t quite meet their needs, prompting the search for better accommodation.

Last week they the move to their new home with the assistance of their Support Coordinators and Supported Independent Living services, and they’ve settled in beautifully. They’ve even designated their own separate lounge areas for those cozy, relaxed evenings.

This move has sparked a renewed sense of independence in Chris, and he’s feeling more motivated than ever. However, their home isn’t quite complete yet—they’re still on the lookout for a new housemate to join them!
