Your next home could be here – join us in Newcomb

Julie and Marianne are two warm, friendly sisters excited to welcome a new housemate into their beautiful new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home in Newcomb. If you enjoy a peaceful, positive household with room for gentle fun, creativity, and meaningful connection, this might be the perfect place for you.
They’re hoping to find someone who values kindness, respect, and a supportive home environment, someone who enjoys their own space but also appreciates light social moments with the people they live with.
About the home
This beautifully set out SDA home offers comfort, accessibility, and a peaceful place to call home – and Julie and Marianne are already enjoying all it has to offer. When asked what she loves most about the new house, Julie smiled and said, “I love the kitchen, it’s so big.” She also shared how happy she is with her new bedroom and spacious bathroom.
Marianne is just as delighted. She nodded enthusiastically when talking about her new green feature wall in her bedroom and the large lounge area where she can relax and spend time with others. She also nodded “yes” when asked if she liked how wide the hallway is – wide enough for her to do a full circle, which she thinks is awesome.
The home is conveniently located less than one kilometre from Bellarine Village Shopping Centre and nearby medical facilities, with the centre of Geelong just a short trip away.
The home features:
- Three large bedrooms, each with a private ensuite
- Heating and cooling throughout
- Onsite overnight assistance for safety and support
- Fully maintained property and garden
- Secure tenancy in a modern, purpose-built setting
It’s a warm, welcoming environment designed to support independence, comfort, and everyday wellbeing.
